ABOUT
I make ceramics that explore color, form, and a sense of play. My work leans whimsical and modern, with bold underglaze, graphic details, and unexpected combinations of shape and color. With former experience in the field of conservation research, my instinct to explore questions, theories, and designs naturally found a new home in the pottery studio.
As a landscape designer by day, and always a lover of nature and animals, I’m equally drawn to the quieter side of clay. I’m eager to explore new design methods by pairing traditional glazes with earthen color palettes, and more restrained forms. My work is always evolving, but at its core is a curiosity about what clay can become when there’s room to experiment.
